New Beginnings … Cloths From a Familiar Sleeve

Being able to express one’s thoughts while feeling secure isn’t as easy as it seems. We choose to express ourselves in a variety of ways, whether it’s through journaling, painting, lyrical flow, doodling, or image capturing from a lens. This will be the canvas for a collective vision and voice. A stage to elevate the stories of many, while focusing on the individual. Our aim is to meet people where they are, share our truth, and step closer in the direction of solutions. With that said, we are very fortunate to have the opportunity to build the bridge between topics within the field of education and the happenings of everyday living. Two individuals who are creating time and space to grow and learn while bringing others through the door with us. Our differences and similarities compliment each other, yet, they challenge us to be and do better.

As educators, we dedicate a larger portion of time towards getting to know our students for the n-dimensional of self that they can be. Take these moments ahead to open the door to what we have in store.
